1. The disposal area will be determined by surveying after the construction work is completed.
2. A standard price per square meter (standard price per square meter) is set for the usable area. For areas other than the usable area, a reduction adjustment is made to the standard price per square meter, and the planned selling price is determined by adding these two together.
3. The final standard price per square meter will be set with reference to the land appraisal after surveying.
4. The price per square meter at the time of sale will be the selling price calculated from the determined standard price per square meter, divided by the disposal area.
